  • Developed key features for the Geisinger Automated Dispensing Systems
  • Developed test plans, fast facts, and goals courses for user training
  • Trained fellow colleagues and end users with numerous Epic applications
  • Provided extensive support to Doctors, Nurses, and other clinical staff during the Geisinger Shamokin  and Geisinger Community Medical Center mergers
  • Updated and managed the equipment and instrument list that is used throughout Geisinger
